Who do I make the claim against?

Hi there. Apologies if my query has already been covered on this forum - there's just so many threads to look through!
I intend to reclaim PPI that was added to my mortgage. The mortgage itself is through Northern Rock (now NRAM - Northern Rock Asset Management) who sold me the PPI policy. However, the policy itself was through a company called Cardiff Pinnacle.
Do I send my claim letter(s) to NRAM or Cardiff Pinnacle? Which of those two is responsible should I be entitled to a payout?
I also have a similar issue with PPI on a car loan. Do I claim against the car company that sold me the PPI or Capital Bank who are the company that provided the actual PPI policy on their behalf?
Thanks in advance!

You send it to the advising company. That will either be a mortgage broker, financial adviser or the lender themselves if you went direct to NR.
As MPPI has much lower success with complaints (as it has much lower failure rate). What is your reason for complaint?I also have a similar issue with PPI on a car loan. You complain to the car dealer.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
