So basically i need to go to my bank with all this print response they send and i send to them i explain situation?! Can they really help me there?
Yes, the bank will help recover your money as long as you have evidence that you have tried to reach a resolution with this company and they are still not refunding your money in the agreed time. The reverse charge will show in your account immediately too.A home without a dog is like a flower without petals.0 -
grr.
so cross with myself for not checking here first - guess it has taken the loss of £33.94 (and my cool water perfume) for me to learn the hard way...
still going to see if i can find a number for them (and someone to shout at) but ultimately, just very red-faced about having fallen for a silly site that i should've checked out first. DON'T GET COMPLACENT!
CONSTANT VIGILANCE!0
