Yes, the bank will help recover your money as long as you have evidence that you have tried to reach a resolution with this company and they are still not refunding your money in the agreed time. The reverse charge will show in your account immediately too.

so cross with myself for not checking here first - guess it has taken the loss of £33.94 (and my cool water perfume) for me to learn the hard way...

still going to see if i can find a number for them (and someone to shout at) but ultimately, just very red-faced about having fallen for a silly site that i should've checked out first. DON'T GET COMPLACENT!
