Best website to sell clothes?

Hey all

I am moving shortly and need to get rid of some bits. I have some clothes (Coast/Designer at Debenhams etc) that have only been once or twice for weddings so was thinking of selling them.

Is Ebay the best place or are there other websites?

If you take a look at the completed listings for similar items you can see how much they are likely to go for.

big wardrobes not great. you get a choice of 'swap offers' or 'cash only'... i opted for cash only, restated in my descriptions and people still message you and ask for a swap.

Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for alternatives to ebay to sell good, but used clothing. I am clearing out a lot of stuff including a lot of clothes. I used to always get rid of the nice stuff on ebay and it always went for decent, if modest prices. But it seems to me that ebay has really gone downhill for selling second hand clothes. I just did a search on completed items and it looks as if it is even worse now.

So does anyone have any good recent experiences on websites, or would I just be better giving the entire lot to my local charity shop? If items are only going to sell for 99p or not at all, it's really not worth the hassle in listing them.

Maybe it would be worth selling in bundles. Unless an item is really nice I tend to buy bundles of a few things. If it's a private seller I usually like several things that they're selling at once.
Remember though that p&p is capped at £4 for clothing so you'd need to add the extra postage to the start price, or do collection only but then you've cut your audience right down.
I see that a lot of people list as collection only but then put in the description that they will post & the courier cost, I don't think that this is legit & you could get a seller who doesn't pay the postage that you've listed separately, so you could end up in the poo doing that.
