Tape it, put it on a loop, turn it up loud and go to work.

Are you saying its a council property or simply, that its a private house, but rented by her and paid via housing benefits?

I suspect you mean the latter?

If so,you can do nothing about it.

I would advise that if it persists, get yourself some high quality speakers and play loud music all day whilst she rots, satiated in her pit.

This will gradually train her,Pavlovian fashion,to respond in the correct manner in future.
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

Whistle and cheer when she finishes.

Well - she clearly doesn't embarrass easily. You've told her you can hear her, but she is still making this racket.

But the above suggestion might have some merit in it. So I think it would be worth trying this a few times to see if it has an effect before you go down the Council route.

Because she doesn't get embarrassed on her own, that's not to say she wouldn't get embarrassed if the latest man heard the neighbours making it obvious they could hear.

If you've had several attempts at doing this without success, then go to the Council and get them to make an Order against her.

There is no call for someone being such an exhibitionist. It's one thing to throw in a "lot of noise" if in a detached house, but when there are neighbours to consider then she should stop being so darn keen to let the man know how much she is enjoying it and let him know some other way.

Have you tried earplugs? Seriously... they do work! So she's a single woman who probably 'ships off' her kid to their father or relative or friend... Is it her lifestyle you object to, or the noise? If she chooses to find herself a different bloke every week and have wild passionate sex, good luck to her, I say :D

I'm not sure where people are getting some of the info from, but it doesn't matter what type of housing you are in and who pays for it, if you are suffering from noise nuisance you need to contact your local council. As mentioned above they will give you some diary pages to fill in, then if necessary they will allot you a case worker who can come round to asses the noise level and take further action if necessary.
A waist is a terrible thing to mind.

i don't think her being on housing benefits will change much but you can report her to the estate agent when it happens, stressing any possible damage to property, which will encourage them/the landlord not to renew her tenancy which should be every 12 months

if the noise is from music, television, parties, barking dogs, DIY, appliances you can report her to your local councils noise/environmental team, but not if it is talking, shouting, running around or other 'human' noise. if it is something you can report you need to ring them everytime it happens, you don't need to wait until its late you just need to be able to hear it over your television at a 'normal' level (this is my councils rule), in the case of my council after witnessing it three times they start legal action of seizing equipment and then fines before eviction, but this varies from council to council.

I'd second the earplugs vote - these ones are fantastic at blocking at noise

I'm not linked to the company in any way. They did the trick when I had a housemate who made similar noises and didn't seem that bothered when we told her we could hear everything!

    Hi,

just do it back to her in the morning, when she has a bit of a hangover, bang the head board against the wall and make the sex noises, do it for a good while to make it realistic, oh, and remember the big finale, just think of the 1812 Overture. :rotfl:
