I live in Cyprus so as you can understand it could be costly to appear in court and the banks are going to know that so they will make me go. Can I have a family member appear on my behalf and can I do this using the moneygram track ?

Yes, you can at any time choose to have someone represent you as a third party. The companies that are charging to reclaim the bank charges are using this method so they can deal on your behalf.How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
