Hi I put a PPI claim in against GeMoney for £3000 for a policey I took out on 2004. After the standard 8 week wait I received the standard letter saying my case was not justified and that was there last word on the matter. They said I could appeal against this but I never got around to doing it.I contacted Gladstone Brookes and they too said it was to late to do anything about it. I was wondering in view of the latest court hearing Re:bank charges/PPI would I me able to go back to GeMoney and claim again ? Can anyone advise.

No. The judicial review had nothing to do with that.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -

They usually tell you your claim isn't justified - If they agreed it was, then they'd have to pay you!
I doubt they would look into your claim a second time, but your claim isn't pre regulation. My philosophy is, if you don't try, then you can't possibly succeed!
Dunstonh and Roonaldo are right though, the judicial review didn't really change anything!0
