I haven't followed anyone else. The twitter clue only tells you to check out a facebook page, nothing about adding her as a friend.

Im not sure if you're supposed to "friend" that, but I did it just in case.
On her wall, theres a picture of the different Nazca Lines animals/symbols, with some of them circled, and a link to this site:

On there each animal/symbol is shown to be code for a few letters, and you just have to rearrange the ones that were circled in her facebook post to get the website for the competition form.
Hopefully that makes sense.0
