Omega 3/fish oils for babies and toddlers - any recommendations?

Hi confusedmummy Boots kids omega 3 is worth a buy.
I have gave them to my kids and can see the benefit, it can take 3 months before you do, and if the critics say they are a waste of time , whatever they are definitley doing no harm.0 -
Isn't this a white fish? You don't get the good oils from white fish.

Thanks for the correction. I didn't realise bass was an oily fish like herrings, mackerel and salmon - always thought of it as a white fish.0
