PANIC - Name difference on flight ticket!

Hi, booked a last min hol as surprise for hubby and supposed to be flying this Sunday pm. I'm not a seasoned traveller and have just realised that when booking flights thru travelrepublic online I forgot to give hubbys middle name. So flight details will be different to his passport (flying with Monarch). Phone lines closed so I've emailed Customer Service Request and will phone them at 9am in the morning.
But I feel sick to my stomach now that they won't be able to change it in time - does anyone know what the chances are? Please someone put my mind at rest or I won't sleep tonight (I am so cross with myself for being so stupid).

This won't matter at all. Middle name are not required. As long as the name and surname are correct you will have no issue whatsoever.0

I've booked several flights recently for my DS and never included his middle name on any of the bookings
