One negative, I can't send faster payments today at any amount.

Well, they've obviously hit their daily processing limits so unless you get in early you're out of luck especially on "Reward" day.

It's probably all those £1k minimum payments being bounced in & straight back out again, accompanied by the reward fivers.

Nope, because I did some FPs about 10 minutes ago.

I guess you just got unlucky.

I now have all 3 accounts set up, and today got my first full £15. Previously, the £1000 was paid into each account by transfer from outside account, but now I have £1000 in a reward saver - does the internal switch (ie from Reward saver to my current account to my joint account) trigger the payment? Or do I need to take the money out and back in again via another bank?

Yes. Any credits to the account (from any other accounts, or cheques, or cash) work the magic ... :D

    Really unlucky!

Partner also made FPs in & out of a Reward account yesterday evening with no problems.

Well, I managed to send one £250, tried another, denied, about 3pm. Tried about 3 times just now and another £250 went out. Almost feel like asking for compensation for my lost time.

Might close my web saver reward and go back to Santander, dare I say it :o
