Thomson holiday - couple of questions
holidayer
hello all
I'm looking at booking an all inclusive holiday for my girlfriend and I for October, to Tenerife. I'm 19, and she is 17.
Does this mean that she has to be booked as a child, or an adult? We aren't sure and an answer to this would be very much appreciated.
Also, my passport expires in July, can I still book the holiday now before sending off for my new passport?
sorry if these questions sound stupid, but it is both of our first holidays away from parents, and we just want everything to go ok!
Thank you for any help

Hiya you would both be classed as adults, and yes you can book and then sort out your passports, but make sure you leave plenty of time to get your passport renewed. Have a lovely holiday x£100 - £10,0000

You can book your holiday before you send for your passport thats fine, but must get this asap, dont leave it too late to apply
Thanks

So booking online, I would put down for 2 adults? As when I clicked on child, the age range went up to 17, and that's where I had been confused!
Thanks for the help0 -
Yeah put it as two adults, any child over 12 is usually classed as an adult in AI hotels
Thanks

Just a thought on this matter... an astute hotel may note that your girlfriend is under 18 and provide her with a "kids" wristband, which won't enable her to get alcohol at the bar

hi myson was 16 when we went all inclusive but because we paid same price he was classed as adult and given adult wrist band0

Would it not be possible to take the wristband off?
Fingers crossed that this won't happen0
