    I'm the same, MissWhitehouse. Everything I own I've bought from the Co-op including the air that I breathe.

    Sadly people complain about them having low prices on their shelf edge labels then getting charged twice as much at the checkout. So what? These things happen (a lot it must be said). I for one am happy to praise the Co-op to the skies and it has nothing to do with the fact that I work for them.

    Luckily you don't have any connection with the PJH Group. At all. That's why your comment is completely unbiased.
  • Hello, I bought a TEKA black glassed gas cooker on 27.05.2014. I paid 200 euros for it. While my wife prepairing dinner its glass has been exploided lika a bomb in my kitchen. I called the service and service guy said to me that this explosion seems the product fault, he took pictures and sent to the TEKA management. 5 days later, TEKA call center called and said me that" as you know glass section is cold, if any hot water spilled to the glass it could be exploid, because of that it is your fault !!!! İf you pay 150 euros we will fix it, because glass is not under warranty"
    I could not to believe what I have heard. And said " are you kidding me? How come it is my fault? It has still under guarantee of you, ( product has 2 year warranty), and it was exploided while in normal usage, it is not a frieze object in the kitchen. It is written in the warranty all parts is under guarantee, so I will not pay this money, you should fix or change it."
    But she said " we can not do this thing, if you do not pay money"
    I said "you want from me almost whole price of the cooker, I will go to court and I will complain you all the social media, facebook, instagram forums etc..."
    She said just OK!!!
