Just thought I'd report back on my recent deliveries with UPS. Of all the parcel companies I get deliveries from (usually 1-2 a week), UPS are BY FAR the BEST. They arrive when they say they will, I've not had anything arrive damaged, it's always the same fella that delivers and he's courteous and professional.
If it wasn't for the mistakes I made in the past (and learned from), I wouldn't be who and where I am today. It doesn't matter if you've cocked up, what matters is that you put it right and apologise. x

I've never had any problems with UPS either. I just feel sorry for the staff having to wear those awful brown shorts.I try to help as much as I can. But I'm also honest and speak my mind.

I agree with both those comments, whoever had the idea that brown was a good choice should be publically flogged.If it wasn't for the mistakes I made in the past (and learned from), I wouldn't be who and where I am today.
