how do i remove ink from my wooden table

in In my home (includes DIY) MoneySaving
I left a ballpoint pen on my oak dining table and it has leaked and dried into the wood, anyone know how i can remove it without damaging the table???

    try the old brown paper trick.
    iron over brown paper, over the mark.

    use the old type brown parcel paper.
    Get some gorm.
