SelectSpecs - Great Service

Often it is the way an error is dealt with that shows the true nature of a supplier. My replacement lenses were not suitable owing to an error arising from poor legibility of my new prescription from Boots. I contacted Select Specs primarily to obtain some backup for my complaint against Boots but was immediately offered a free replacement of the lenses to a correct prescription.

My new glasses arrived today and are perfect. Well done and thank you to SelectSpecs. As for Boots the service seems to vary from excellent to mediocre depending on the particular optician.
