So annoying!
I placed an order with them a while back (10 days ago), and then realised I missed something from it. I emailed them after minutes of placing the order, and they replied saying the amendment had been done, no worries.
I hadn't received the order by last Friday, so I called them (bearing in mind though that the order could come any time up to tomorrow, but I thought I'd check)
Lucky I called really, as the addresses had all been changed. They'd decided when the new order was placed that it should be delivered to my home address (an apartment with no access for delivery drivers unless I'm in, which is rare!), and invoiced to my OLD office address! As we've relocated since my last order, I deleted the old address when I placed the order, but it obviously didn't work!
After my call to the most irritating woman around today, they're now (after a long argument) going to send it again, to the right address.
Now I have one parcel on its way to my office, and another going home that'll rebound for weeks probably as there's never anybody in!
Grrrr.

It might be worth sending them a letter or an email - based on other posts around here Lakeland take customer service VERY seriously and they'd probably be very disappointed about this.0
