Unable to change supplier

All the forums deal with moving suppliers and dual fuel deals, but there is no help or advice for those of us who only have electricity. The house I rent is all electric with white meter night store heaters and the supplier is Scottish Power.
I have tried on a number of occasions to change supplier and have found that no other supplier can support the 2 meter system installed in our houses. When the housing association renews the heating system they are just replacing it with updated heaters on the same system.
We can't change supplier and are at the mercy of Scottish Power.:(

What tariff are you on ? E7, E10? Have you tried phoning other suppliers.0

I have tried other suppliers and they do not support the white meter system in the area in which I live. EDF were at the door last week making all kinds of promises but they cant support two meters either so I am stuck with Scottish Power.0
