Stayed Court Case

Looking for advice.
I took my bank to court in 2007 about unfair charges and in June 2007 they paid me a "goodwill gesture" but I continued to press for the full amount as per advice from MSE, and in June 2008 I received a letter to say that the case was "stayed", and I have heard nothing since.
I have just today stumbled across the documents from the banks solicitors, dated June 2008, so I called them just to see what the situation was and they told me to call the court.
So I rang the court and they said my case is still stayed and will remain so until I do something.
And this is where I am stuck, what can/should I do now?

The position is that the banks won the court case (Abbey and others v OFT). So it is with your current Particulars of Claim, they will be almost certainly struck out if you proceed. There is information on this site about amending your Particulars of Claim (amending your legal arguments), however I willbe the first to tell you that there have been no reported sucesses and not much progress has been made.
Your decisions are as follows;
1. Amend your POC (Particulars of Claim) and proceed - further information can be found at the Govan Law Centre
2. Withdraw your claim and go through the reclaim process, which has been altered since the test case to request that the bank looks at financial hardship
3. Withdrawn your claimBest Regards
