Morning,
We signed up for the co-op Premier travel account when it was free for 12 months and have 4 free lounge passes to use this year.
I have been on the priority pass site as they posted us a card so we can access our account and the co-op site and can not see anywhere how we claim these passes.
Has anyone else had any luck with this?
Also if we (the card holder) is not travelling would we be able to order 2 free lounge access passes for my dad to use?
Many thanks in advance.
Nikki

If you've been sent a PriorityPass card (the thing that looks like a credit card), then you can just turn up at an airport lounge and be let in. The lounge dragon will swipe the card and ask you to sign a receipt.
PriorityPass normally ask you to pay them some time after the event, so I imagine they simply wont send a bill for the first X visits.
I'm afraid I don't know about the co-op specific stuff... but given the need to sign into the lounge, then surely the cardholder (the PriorityPass holder) will need to be there.0 -
hi i have got a priorty pass through the co- op.
you need to call up the number they send you with the welcome pack.
once registered they will send you the pass. its active for 12 months from the day you apply.
i used mine at manchester air port. i had to pay for my guest, which was 15.00. they put it straght on your debit card and its taken off straght away.
hope this helps.
p.s
you cant transfer the card in to anyone elses name. or you cant give it to any one else for their use.credit card bill. £0.00
overdraft £0.00

Thanks for the info.
So as one account holder they have 4 free passes per year but if we only holiday once as a family of 4 then only the account holder would get in and the other 3 would have to pay even if they had 4 free passes?
Anyone managed to get around this?
Thanks, Nikki0 -
bumping this historic thread in case anyone knows the answer to the previous question.
(my version: We have a joint account with the 4 free passes but only one priority card. If we go on holiday together then do we need to pay for 1 guest?)0 -
We're in the same position as you, joint account with two travelling.
Before I took out the account, I asked on the telephone 'help' line if the card could be used by either of us. The answer was Yes.
However, we have just the one card in my name. You've reminded me that I need to follow this up so that Mrs Roger could use it if she is travelling alone.0
