HHello i am new so i hope i do this correctly,my vent is i paid £1700 for a sofa from Race.
Everything was good until i had it for 2 months the interiors sagged so much at the front that the top and bottom piping touched.
I contacted them and a month later they fitted new interiors which was good.
Only two more months down the line i was in the same situation again,i contacted them again and they came out.
They have just rung 5 weeks later to say the interiors will not be changed as it is meant to look 'slouched'.
I phoned the store and the manager not so politely told me they would do nothing and that was the end of it.
My argument is it never looked or was never pointed out or described as a 'slouch' look sofa or i would never have bought it, i would have bought a feather interior if that was the look i wanted.
Also surely it should 'slouch' all over not just along the front of the cushion ?
Our hosehold consists myself and my wife,i work 6 days a week and my wife is always on the go and never sits on the sofa during the day.
Race furniture are awful and i wouldnt recomend them to my worst enemy.
