How do you know she isn't ill?
Divorce is such a difficult time and it can be so easy to get bogged down in the trivia and not look at the bigger picture. Emotions are bound to be high. So just concentrate on facts and the end result and look forwards not backwards to a new life. New beginnings.

What medical evidence is she giving to prove then that she is likely to be ill for the next 12 months?"Life is what you make of it, whoever got anywhere without some passion and ambition?0

Sounds like you've got plenty of saving to disc and printing to do from their websites and blogs, Facebook is often used these days too when gathering proof that all is not quite as it is being portrayed.
Sorry you've got to go through such an unpleasant split but I wish you luck with it. Also be sure to mention that the condition she claims to have had for years was never once mentioned to you before or during your marriage."Life is what you make of it, whoever got anywhere without some passion and ambition?0 -
