On the joint account, personally I would expect to know the address the statements were going to. So not sure there is an issue there?

The address on the sole account is a separate issue. If that is more than simply some failing in the technicals of the internet banking (i.e. the address is not actually being changed on the sole account, but simply the internet banking showing only the address on the joint account rather than the address connected to the actual account you are viewing on screen at the time) then you certainly have a valid complaint as that shouldn't happen.
