Ive got a question regarding the xbox 360, if your 360 acquires a hardware failure and its inside the 12 month warranty you take your 360 back to the shop where you got it from, when you get a replacement console do you get another 12 months warranty

Depends on the shop. John Lewis will give a new warranty (assuming you bought it from there in the first place!), but I haven't experienced this anywhere else.

They will send it for repair so u would not get a new one.

i know that id get a new one, iv already had to swap 1 for another as it had a hardware failure,
