tax credits update

Hi has anyone received their final reward notice from updating their tax credits on the 13th may if so how long did you have to wait or are you still waiting

I done mine by post on the 11th and still waiting, no adjusted payments (as normally are although I'm not sure I'll receive any anyway) and no information through either.

Welll I posted my renewal papers off on the evening of 10th May so I would assume that it wasnt far off 13th when they actually arrived at tco so i will give you my timeframe incase it helps.

As I say the forms got posted late on 10th May , 20th May I received lumpsum I was owed , along with 2 balancing payments from last years award. 23rd I then received 2 letters from tco. 1 was last years final calculations etc and the other was my new award notice for 2011-2012.

Was very pleased with this turnaround.

Did u have chilcare? As someone mentioned a new chilcare system thats why some have a delay?

i do have childcare and yes they are double checking childcare as the system has changed this year hence the wait
