Do rbs give pre- approved offers? i have upgraded to royalties gold.I cant see anything on internet banking.

They do, but they're not available to customers. It's only meant to be for staff and is only merely an indication of what you might be eligible for.
However, ask a member of staff though and I'm sure they'll let you know.Anything that I do say, is strictly my opinion
