We want to know how far you would go to get a free iPad 2. To play, upload your picture and a description of what you would do to win an iPad 2. After all the submissions are in, voting opens to the public and the most-deserving candidate from each category moves on. Once the tasks are completed and documented, we will ship each of the 10 winners a brand-new, shiny iPad 2! And to sweeten the deal, the person who best documents the action through video and photograph will be the grand prize winner and will receive a bonus iMac for their trouble!

How to Enter

Choose as many of these tasks that you're willing to complete or come up with your own unique way to show ZAGG how badly you want your iPad 2. Whatever you choose to do remember to keep it safe, but take it to the next level.

Contest: The "What would you do" Contest. We're giving away ten Apple® iPad® 2s to ten participants who receive the most votes, and perform the task they described. One iMac will be awarded to the entry with the best overall documentation (photo/video), in addition to the iPad 2. Check out the rules and enter to win.

DATES: entries for The "What would you do" Contest will begin on May 25th, 2011 and end June 8th, 2001.

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary to enter. You must be at least 18 years old to enter. Only one entry per household per category. Enter on-line at www.ZAGG.com on the What would you do page.

WINNER SELECTION: Entries will be pooled and filtered by the ZAGG Web Marketing team. All selected from the pool will then be voted on. The entries with the most votes will be declared Winners and will be notified by e-mail. The entry with the best overall photo and/or video documentation of the task (as judged by ZAGG) will recieve an Apple® iMac®. Winners have between June 24th through July 6th to perform the task they described to enter the contest. If task is not completed within the aformentioned date range, the prize will be forfeited. If prize is not claimed within 72 hours the prize will be forfeited.

PRIZES: Prizes include ten Apple® iPad® 2 and one Apple® iMac®.

All entries may not be violent, sexual or otherwise obscene in nature. ZAGG reserves the right to reject any entry if it is found to be obscene.

Eligibility and Limitations. Participants and winner(s) must be at least 18-years old as determined by the Company. Only one (1) entry per household for this giveaway. Previous winners, employees of the Company, this giveaway's participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.

Delivery Disclaimer. The Company disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, email, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method.

Publicity. By participating, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, location, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other giveaways and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.

Release. By participating, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the giveaway, or from the use of any prize.

Taxes. Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
Decisions. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the giveaway, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. Further, the Company will resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules and the Company's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. All decisions will be made by the Company and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.

Miscellaneous. No purchase necessary to participate or win. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants. The Company may substitute prizes of equivalent value, amend the rules or discontinue the giveaway at any time. The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of this giveaway. Written copies of these rules are available during normal business hours at the business offices of the ZAGG Corporation and by mail upon written request with a stamped, self-addressed return envelope. There are two comps on the same page...
1 is for an iPad and asks you to do prove just how much you want to win an ipad.
The other comp is a daily for an ipod at the bottom, right hand side under "iPod a day Giveaway!"

I have sent a pm to Glad asking her to have a look at this as the iPod is a daily (bottom right hand side of the page) and the iPad is a contest that has been posted first by martinwardley and then by me (those 2 should be merged)
