fault report

I arranged a fault report with a local PC company for a laptop that I am trying to prove to ebuyer had a manufacturing defect - N HP6735S.

Anyway I provided a print out of what ebuyer required on the report however locla company have put the bare minimum on the report ( basically what the fault is, no mention of tests etc ) and ebuyer have rejected it.

I will speak to company later however unsure where i stand on this, ideally they will be able to issue report as i require but think they would havve done this if its what i required.

I imagine as i provided info on what I needed that they have ignored or not been able to meet that they should refund the report as shouldnt have completed as didnt meet my requirements ?

You need a report that says the fault is inherent.

A report that just says the thing is faulty is useless... as you have found out. ;)

When did you buy the laptop?
