Just came back from this holiday (30th June), it was terrible, half built and what was there was very shoddy Food looked ok, but left out uncovered for ages and humming with flies on closer inspection. The water park was a building site, the rooms all have building flaws, power outages and mainly no hot, or scalding water, plus some doors that don't lock. What really annoys me is that the pictures on all of the main websites I've visited aren't even of this hotel! they aren't artist representation, but actual photos of somewhere else, how can this be allowed? Anyway I informed Trading Standards and Consumer Direct, not that I expect anything to happen, total misrepresentation! so beware. :(:(:(:(
