Help:buyer

Hi
Im selling some shoes and i have had a few people ask to ship abroad and i thought i had posted the questions on the actual item page(it appears at the very bottom). Anyway, someone did bid and i have told them i dont ship abroad. They havnt paid. So i asked to cancel it and sent the request via ebay. They replied:
THANK YOU FOR YOUR BIG CONFIDENCE
You are right to distrust French!!!!

(They put it in red/bold/caps)
So i told them it wasnt anything to do with the french, i just dont ship abroad.

Im worried hes going to be a pain and wont let me cancel. What do i do then? How long do i wait?

How can i ban people from other countries bidding?

Thank you

If you go to account/site preferences/postage preferences/exclude postage locations
you can choose the countries you don't want to ship to.

    Thank you.

Do you have any ideas on how to cancel this transaction-they keep emailing me but i did cancel it via ebay. I think they wont agree.

If they don't agree then you are stuck with a disgruntled buyer. If they're emailing you it doesn't sound as if they will agree so you'll not get your FVF back & they can leave neg FB.

Perhaps someone could post a friendly reply in French to send in the hope they change their minds.
