    i think they work it out like this:

    108k charged at 3.63% per year = 3920.40.... divide by 52 weeks you are looking at approx £75 per week paid to the lender.

    ....so your shortfall on your monthly payment will be approx £295 based on your current repayment of £620

    Ask your lender if you can change to interest only as that may help with the finances for a while.
    Debt free and plan on staying that way!!!!
