Does anyone know the name & address of the Head of Consumer Services at Travelodge please? My wife & I recently had an unhappy experience at one of their lodges, & it's hard work trying to find this information out through their website. I tried their 'custumer services' but 'Andrea' (whose picture appeared on the web page) told me 'she' wasn't a person, but a computer not equipped to respond to my message! Does this ring any bells?

A quick google and search of this site shows Guy Parsons is the CEO and his email is [EMAIL="guy.parsons@travelodge.co.uk"]guy.parsons@travelodge.co.uk[/EMAIL]. Also you could try the [EMAIL="grant.hearn@travelodge.co.uk"]grant.hearn@travelodge.co.uk[/EMAIL] who heads the Executive team.
