Travel Insurance with medical conditions

Can anyone advise what cost for travel insurance I should be looking at for Turkey, with the following medical history...
Pleural Plaque Left lung
Pleural Effusian right, both diagnosed 2010
Shortness of breath on exertion currently undergoing investigation
Hypertension getting treatment at present
Aortic anurism, annual scan.
This all sounds bad, but im feeling great !!!
Any/all advice appreciated
