Banging from extractor fan

Hi we have an extractor fan in our kitchen that extracts to the side of our house.
Whenever it is windy it bangs something rotten. At the moment it has a cover on it like this: http://www.screwfix.com/app/sfd/cat/pro.jsp?id=16195&ts=21458
Is there anything else which can be put on as the noise wakes my little girl up
Thanks

I guess it's the flap inside banging that stops the cold air comming back in to the room, the only solutions I can think of is:
1] Take out the flap and bin it.
2] Put a strip of draught excluder foam on the bottom edge of the flapI love my spell checker, it stops me making all sorts of stupid smelling mistakes. :doh:0 -
you could look at the airflow icon fan, relatively expensive but would solve the problem and very star trek.0
