Whoever thought up the idea of putting tanks of tiny fish in shopping centres and charging people a quid a minute for the privelege of dunking their feet in, is a genius.

Go down to a local river, dip your feet in, and wait for the sticklebacks- they don't charge to do the same job! Is a genius idea though- buy fish and ask others to pay to feed them!0
