I want to restore the computer to undo some recent changes.
I have just gone into the control panel and it's in classic view with no column on the left to switch to category view where I know how to get to the system restore option.

What do I need to do?

At the command prompt, type c:\windows\system32\restore\rstrui.exe, and then press ENTER. Or just navigate to that location.

What is ABBYY fine reader 6.0 Sprint? It's in my program list but I don't know what it is so is it safe to delete?

Fine Reader is an optical character recognition programme usually bundled with a scanner

Thank you. I can delete that now as I no longer have that printer.

I removed the program I wanted then did the system restore. :o :rotfl:

Now it won't let me remove it? It's telling me it's on a cd-rom.but it removed it before I restored.

Re-install fine reader if you have the disc, then uninstall it
