How do I find a sellers contact details?

Hi, I need to contact a seller as a matter of urgency but can only find the email form on ebay, does anyone know where I will find their phone number please?

    Requesting a member’s contact information

    If you’re involved in a current or recent transaction with another member, and you haven’t been able to reach the member through email, you can request the member’s contact information.
    We’ll send the contact information, including the member’s name, city, and telephone number, to your registered email address. This information can be used only in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The member whose information you are requesting will also receive your contact information.

    To request a member’s contact information:
    • Click the “Advanced Search” link at the top of most eBay pages.
    • Under the Members section on the left side of the page, click Find contact information.
    • Enter the user ID of the member and the number of the item you have in common.
    An identical email will be sent to both the buyer and seller with address and telephone number.
