childcare voucher changes - help!

Does anybody know if I can backdate my subscription to a childcare voucher scheme as I have only just found out that I am now only entitled to £124 ijn vouchers rather than £243.....if I had signed up before 6th april 2011 I would be entitled to £243 as previously.....I am gutted and really feel as a middle earner I am being penalised for going back to work full time.....its loosing this and the child benefit next year that makes me very angry and frustrated, childcare costs are so expensive these days and every little bit helps.....is there anything I can do about being able to get the full £243 allocation?

You can't backdated your subscription no. I don't know what the threshold is but I earn £27,000 and was able to take the £243. I consider my earnings to be pretty high - what do you feel is a middle earner? x0
