Bristol & West account access?

I had a Bristol & West savings account and was wondering where I would now go to access my money. I've read that Bank of Ireland bought Bristol and West and then sold the deposit base and branch network to Britannia. Britannia then merged with Co-operative Financial Services, which owns the subsidiary The Co-operative Bank. So I'm not sure whether I should go to a Britannia branch or a Co-op branch to access my money. Does anyone know please? Thanks.

Don't expect to walk into a branch and have immediate access.
