Nice one-had a good result with HFC yesterday,sent away the acceptance form and just waiting for payment of 4 grand.

how far did they go back?

Went as far back as 2002,it was about a tenner or so a month,but was still mis-sold.So refunded the premium with interest and the statutory 8%.Cant remember the exact figures,just the final one

And just to add, did you charge THEM an early settlement fee? They did us if we settled early. After all they did take out a loan with us and we weren't even allowed to set the interest rate.
