All the studies I have read about this say that children up to the age of 3 benefit more from individual care than they do in a nursery. After reading quite a lot of literature around this I would strongly go with a child minder. That said we had a child minder who didn't work out so I would also add that whoever you leave your baby with make sure that, at least twice, you or your husband pick the baby up a couple of hours earlier than you would normally.0
