Question about JSA and sanctions

Hi

I've been trying to find out what happens after a sanction has been overturned, here's the story.

I recieved a letter stating that I had failed to apply for 4 job opportunities and that I would be sanctioned for 26 weeks - 2 of the jobs had sanctions of 1 month, the other 2 had 26 weeks. I have been to the jobcentre, and cleared all but 1 (this one was a 4 week sanction, which *should* clear in next few days - I had actually applied, however for some reason their systems said I hadn't) - my question is, do I get backdated JSA from them once I'm cleared of all sanctions? I'm currently claiming JSA hardship, so not sure what it all means.

Thanks in advance :))

If all the sanctions were reviewed and removed then you will get the difference between what you have received and what you would have been due.
