Hotmail - whole site down or is it just me?!

Hi,

I've been trying to access my Hotmail email account all morning but keep getting a message that they are carrying out maintenance....

Is anyone else having the same problem or just wondering whether I have a problem which is specific to my account? If the latter does anyone have any suggestions how to get it up and running again?! Desperately need to read my emails!!

I've long held the view that the "is hotmail down" brigade are demonstrating a prima facie case from being removed from their PCs/internet for good. :mad:

Hotmail is crap - it goes up and down like a hoor's drawers across its entire system and it may well be down for you but not me. Live with it!

I used to access it using my iPad but haven't been able to for several weeks now, it redirects me to a PC Login site, I enter my details then get Error messages.

Does anyone have problems accessing it via iPad/iPhone or have Microsoft changed things to get at Apple (none flash based) user.

Just a quick message to say thanks for the replies. I was only able to get access again late yesterday evening so no idea what was wrong but very frustrating. Have used it for years and usually there aren't any problems.

Funny you should say this as i have not had my hotmail account go down at all. Always been able to log in when i want to.
