What a marvellous example you are setting for your children. Run up the debt, then shirk your responsibility to re-pay it.

cant believe its all sorted with Aktiv Kapital, account has been closed. thanks so much for the helpful advice.

i didnt say he shouldnt pay it, but i dont know any1 who wouldnt try to sort it out for their OH if they were in the same boat

For you 'sort it out' seems to mean 'get away with not paying it if possible', whereas for me, 'sorting it out' would mean supporting my partner and getting him the right information and advice but still making sure he paid it back if he owed it.

Did Aktiv Kapital decide he didn't need to pay it in the end?

of course you would make sure he paid it back even though he didnt have to!
this is something he done before we got together, he was a real pain in the !!!! in every way until he sorted himself out mid 20s.

no he doesnt have to pay it back, sorry to disappoint you

Not sure what advice you were looking for, if it was for people to say it is fine to borrow money and not pay it back then you will be disappointed.

Oh I do love this site. It must be great to be perfect.

I will try to follow the messages on how to run my life. Maybe one day I can come back on here and post derogatory messages to people seeking help.
