Ppi loan template response

Hi there
I have just received a response from my Bank (HSBC) as I sent them the PPI Template requesting a copy of my credit agreement for my Loan.It was a bad photocopy of a formatted response letter which did not even have their address on ,and stated that they could not locate their copy!
Suggestions please?!
