Plusnet are good.
And they didn't even deteriorate after they were bought by BT.

I'm in the middle of transferring to plusnet. It's all going swimmingly. Phoned their CS to give a MAC code (after I had to pry it out of BT!). Very straightforward and keeping me well informed. No problem understanding the Yorkshire accents either
