Now look here, GTD, this is not on - you come back vowing to post more often, determined to stay on the straight and narrow, and then you go and disappear for weeks on end!
We want you to post more often - you know it makes sense if you want to get to that DFD!!!
(well done on the weight loss, btw - I am almost 2 weeks into my "change of eating plan" and lost 3lbs the first week, so hoping for another loss when I weigh in tomorrow!)Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Thanks hypno - you're right, I'm easily side-tracked, and the weeks of non-posting just fly by... Got to get to that DFD though!
Well done you on the weight loss - I found that after 3 weeks the 'eating plan' just became a habit. Good luck for your weigh in tomorrow!

0lbs again this week - I seem to have settled down to an average loss of 2lbs per fortnight i.e. 1lb a week. At least it's moving in the right direction, but I need to give it a bit of a boost as I can feel myself slipping off the diet wagon.
Had a quote for a new fence in our garden - £1500!! I asked for it to be made of wood, not gold! Garage is slowly falling down, so will need to replace that - grrrrr. Also, I've been spending money like it has been going out of fashion, so I need to sort that too.
Anyway - enough of the grumbling. Not much got sorted by grumbling. THINK POSITIVE!!!
The sun is shining, the sky is blue - C'MON!!!

Good morning!! The weight loss has settled down nicely - to be losing an average of 1lb a week is pretty good!
