Cheap calls and paper bills?

I'm looking for an alternative to BT for phone calls for an elderly friend who does not have Internet.
Most of the cheap providers seem to have online billing or via email which would obviously not be suitable.
The Euphony eTalk +18 deal looks good but I can't find any reference to their billing method on their site.
She mainly calls 01 and 02 numbers (peak and off peak) and her last BT bill was £85 for the quarter including line rental.

www.yourcalls.net would charge her £9.99 a month line rental and £4.99 a month unlimited 01/02 nos.
So she would pay £45 a quarter rather than the £85 with BT.
Hope this helps.
Oh sorry just reread the site and it looks like you have to sign online0 -
Assuming she can set up direct debits ,can you set up an email address and print off the bill when it arrives .
My parents are 78 & 82 and they use 18185,18186,1899 via one of my many email addresses .An orchid dialler is usefull .If you can set up an email address ( gmail /hotmail) and DD then primus would be worth looking at .0 -
If you fear using any access codes, or different ways of dialling at different times, or on-line sign up may be too much, one way to at least reduce the £85/quarter bill, if it mainly is for 01/02 landlines, would be to move to an "inclusive" package - even if that means one of BT's deals it would be cheaper to an extent.
Resource Utilities provide reliable monthly paper billing, and £19.99/month covers line rental and all 01/02 phone calls at all times. Again, I repeat this is not the cheapest - but is a just "pick up the phone and dial" solution that provides paper billing and way to make some saving (and 8% goes to charity).
See http://www.resource-utilities.com/christianAid.aspx .
They will be happy to take details over the phone and post the paperwork to be signed. I have found them very helpful.
Alternatively, BT directly offer the same for £1/month more, and if you're willing to sign up to a longer contract usually have some offer available.0 -

I use Euphony, they operate monthly paper billing by d/d ,its clear and concise and their call centre is helpful and in the UK.They dont tend to bill you until your bill has reached a certain figure so in the first month whilst paying £1 a month i didnt get my low bill till month 2.0 -

But its not considered a good idea to move your line rental from BT to another supplier!!!0 -
Thanks for all the suggestions. I will suggest she tries Euphony as that looks to be the best option for her.

Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

Better still for the first two quarters it would be £36 (£33 to BT and £3 to Euphony),as Euphony only charge £1 a month service charge for first 6 months,£5.99p a month thereafter.0
