Does anyone know if the user name contains numbers as well as letters?

I cannot remember what mine is, they say they have reset it, but will not tell me what it is.

If it should have numbers as well as letters, than that is where I am going wrong!

it can have letters and/or numbers depending on what you chose when you set the account up.
if you still cant remember your username ask them to send it to your registered address.

When I first applied cahoot product few years ago, it was declined. Then I put 01, 02 and 03 after my user name, and some ok for saving, some ok for credit card.

Then I have not use their service for a while.

I forgot which is which actually, as your case. I phone up them explained it, and they did not give me the actually username (as for security reason), but they might give you a hint... or like tom188 said ask them to send to your registered email or home address.

It is a new account I have opened, so will ring them and get them to resend the details.
