Where in her e-mail to you does she actually ask you to refund her???????Nothing you've posted suggests she has actually asked for money back...........unless I missed something

totaly agree with this, she said leave it alone, i would do just that, i have buyers who dont leave feedback and i have also been guilty of this if i have been a little disapointed with an item bought
if she had been really upset she would have found the time to contact you

 Yes I don't see she's asking for a refund. She'd have already contacted you if she was.

Personally if she has good feedback I'd refund her anyway. But then I'm a softie
  • I wouldn't refund her. I sell on ebay all the time and had a couple of people like that lie to me. The first 2 times they got off with it - they got a refund and kept the good. Now I'm lots smarter! Now I file claims on them and leave negative feedback. I advise you to do the same, because if she doesn't return the good, it means it's good enough and worth keeping. She's just being a smartie!
  • not sure it was too smart to email her, but just ignore it if u know your right, they can't be that bothered if nearly a month gone by and they hadn't sed!!

If they don't file a report, just leave it, their probably trying to take u for a ride
  • the buyer never asked for a refund to start with...

the whole thing has only kicked off after the seller emailed asking the buyer to leave feedback....which is wrong anyway, feedback is not compulsary.
