As someone who is not in debt but looks in here often i applaud the work CCCs do for the people who do not know which way to turn and really do wonder how many lives you must of saved over the years just by being there.....well done to all at CCCs and of course the op...you must feel great..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -

You see!! That's what I mean about this site and the CCCS. So many wonderful messages of support and guidance. It all helps to keep our chins up when we're feeling battered and bruised, especially at the start when the mountain seems so blooming high. It goes a long way to making us feel that we're part way up the hill already.
To Mat at CCCS, thanks for the guidance. what's a PM by the way?0 -
